Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front door trim panel.
2. Remove the front door water deflector.
3. Remove the front door window.
4. Remove the front door rearview mirror.
5. Remove the window belt outer sealing strip.




6. Remove the mastic patch on the window channel lower bolt.
7. Remove the channel lower bolt.
8. Remove the window run channel weatherstrip from the front door.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the run channel weatherstrip to the front door window.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the channel lower bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

3. Install the window belt outer sealing strip.
4. Install the front door rearview mirror.
5. Install the front door window.
6. Install the front door water deflector.
7. Install the front door trim panel.
