Roof Console Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the courtesy lamp lens to gain access to the overhead console screw.
2. Remove the overhead console screw.




3. Grasp the overhead console and pull downward to disengage the retainers securing the overhead console to the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Remove the overhead console from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the overhead console in the vehicle.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.
3. Align the retainers to the openings in the vehicle.
4. Push the overhead console upward until the retainers engage securing the overhead console to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

5. Install the overhead console screw.

Tighten the screw to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

6. Install the courtesy lamp lens.
