Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the heating/air conditioning control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement (Service and Repair) .




2. Remove the accessory panel from the instrument panel (I/P).

1. Remove the 2 bolts (1).
2. Release the panel.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness plug (2).
4. Release and disconnect wiring harness plug.





3. Remove the center air outlet (1).
Release the 6 clips (2).



Installation Procedure

1. Install the center air outlet.
Install the 6 clips.
2. Install the accessory panel onto the I/P.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

3. Connect the wiring harness plug.
Clip in the panel.

Tighten the 2 bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

4. Install the heating/air conditioning control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement (Service and Repair) .
