Output Speed Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the left front wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .
2. Remove the electrical connector at the output speed sensor.




3. Remove the retaining bolt (75) and the sensor (74).



Installation Procedure






Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

1. Install the speed sensor (74) and the retaining bolt (75).

Tighten the stud to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

2. Install the electrical connector at the sensor.
3. Install the left front wheel and tire. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Service and Repair) .
