Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the window.
2. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) .
3. Remove the rubber ring.




4. Partly loosen the water vapor barrier.




5. Loosen the lower window channel (3).
Remove the bolt.
6. Remove the rear window channel weatherstrip (1).
7. Remove the rear window channel weatherstrip (2).
Remove the upper screw and remove rear window channel.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the front door rear window channel.
Place the rear window channel and screw in upper screw.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (Fastener Notice) .

2. Install the rear window channel weatherstrip.
Tighten the rear lower window channel

Tighten the bolt to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

3. Install the water vapor barrier.
4. Install the rubber ring.
5. Install the rear door inner panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Service and Repair) .
6. Close the window.
