Windshield Washer Hose Replacement


Important:
* Repair kit is suitable for repairs to pumps, spray nozzle or any part of the washer/wiper hose.

* Remove the relevant panelling, if necessary.



1. Remove the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement) .
2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement) .





Important: Cut through the hose in the valley (1).


3. Cut the washer/wiper system hose at the point of fracture.




4. Install the new rubber rings.
Attach the 2 rubber rings (arrow).
5. Prepare both ends of the hose.
Grease both rubber rings with silicone grease.




6. Insert the connector (1) and secure.
Attach the 2 securing elements (2).
7. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Front Bumper Fascia Replacement) .
8. Install the air inlet screen. Refer to Air Inlet Screen Replacement (Air Inlet Screen Replacement) .
