Oil Pump, Engine





Install the oil pump assembly with the 15 bolts and nut. Tighten the bolts and nut uniformly in several steps.
Torque:
Bolt A 24 Nm (245 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.)
Bolt B 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8.1 ft. lbs.)
Bolt C 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8.1 ft. lbs.)
Nut D 24 Nm (245 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.)
Bolt E 24 Nm (245 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.)





Install the oil pump cover with the 2 bolts and 3 screws.
Torque:
Bolt 8.8 Nm (90 kgf-cm, 78 inch lbs.)
Screw 10 Nm (105 kgf-cm, 7.6 ft. lbs.)
Install Oil Pump Relief Valve
Coat the relief valve with engine oil and insert the relief valve and spring into the pump body hole.
Install the oil pump relief valve plug.
Torque: 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.)
