Overhaul

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE




a. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter case.

2. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR




a. Remove the 2 screws and air inlet servo motor.

3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL




a. Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 3 screws and blower w/ fan motor.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Install the blower motor with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL




a. Install the blower motor control with the 2 screws.

3. INSTALL AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR




a. Install the air inlet servo motor with the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE




a. Install the air filter case and attach the 2 claws.
