2ZR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR






(a) Using SST, install the air fuel ratio sensor.
SST: 09224-00010
without SST - Torque: 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 33 ft-lbf)
with SST - Torque: 40 Nm (408 kgf-cm, 30 ft-lbf)

NOTE:
- This torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.
- This torque value can be obtained by using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.) and SST of 30 mm (1.18 in.) Service Precautions.
- Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).





(b) Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector and clamp.

5. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH

7. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

8. INSTALL HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL

9. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH

10. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH

11. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

12. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK
