AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

BLOWER UNIT: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE





(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter case.
2. REMOVE AIR FILTER





(a) Remove the air filter.
3. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVO MOTOR





(a) Remove the 2 screws and air inlet servo motor.
4. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL





(a) Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.
5. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING WIRE





(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Remove the screw and No. 1 air conditioning wire.
6. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 3 screws and blower w/ fan motor.
