HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: RELAY: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT PTC HEATER RELAY

(a) Check the resistance. (for Type A:)

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the PTC heater relay.

(b) Check the resistance. (for Type B:)

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the PTC heater relay.

2. INSPECT INTEGRATION NO.1 RELAY

(a) Check the resistance of the magnetic clutch relay.

Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
