1NR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

(a) Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.

(b) Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, install the engine coolant temperature sensor onto the cylinder head sub-assembly.

Torque : 20 Nm (200 kgf-cm, 14 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

(c) Connect the connector of the engine coolant temperature sensor.

3. INSPECT FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK Testing and Inspection

4. INSPECT RESERVOIR TANK ENGINE COOLANT LEVEL Testing and Inspection
