Installation

1NR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: KNOCK SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR

(a) Install the knock sensor onto the cylinder block with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

Torque : 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:
* If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
* Make sure that the knock sensor is in the correct position.

(b) Connect the connector of the knock sensor.
