Installation

K41B CVT: OIL PRESSURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR

(a) Coat the oil pressure sensor O-ring with Toyota Genuine CVT Fluid TC.

(b) Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor onto the CVT.

SST : 09268-46012

Torque : 29 Nm (296 kgf-cm, 21 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the oil pressure sensor connector.

2. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

(a) Install the engine under cover LH with the 3 clips.

3. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL LH

Torque : 103 Nm (1050 kgf-cm, 76 ft-lbf)

4. INSPECT FOR CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID LEAK Procedures

5. RESET MEMORY (CVT oil pressure calibration)

NOTICE:
Perform Reset Memory (CVT oil pressure calibration) when replacing the oil pressure sensor Programming and Relearning.
