Reassembly





HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: BLOWER UNIT: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Install the clean air filter.

2. INSTALL AIR FILTER CASE

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the air filter case.

3. INSTALL BLOWER W/ FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the blower W/ fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

4. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR

(a) Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.

5. INSTALL RECIRCULATION DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Align the grooves on the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly with the protrusions on the blower unit and install the recirculation damper servo sub-assembly.

(b) Install the 3 screws.
