Installation





U760E AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: TCM: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TCM

(a) Install the TCM to the automatic transaxle.





(b) Install and tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

Torque : 11 Nm (115 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

(d) Turn the lock lever and attach the claw to secure the connector.

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

10. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE SYSTEM

NOTICE:
If automatic transaxle parts are replaced, refer to Parts Replacement Compensation Table to determine if any additional operations are necessary Service Precautions.
