CLUTCH: CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR: REMOVAL
1. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
4. REMOVE BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
5. REMOVE BATTERY INSULATOR
6. REMOVE BATTERY
7. REMOVE BATTERY TRAY
8. REMOVE BATTERY CARRIER Removal
9. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the bolt (A) and disconnect the clutch line clamp.
(b) Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the 4 union nuts (B) and remove the bleeder to accumulator tube and accumulator to flexible hose tube.
HINT
Use a container to collect the fluid.
(c) Remove the clip (C) and disconnect the clutch hose.
(d) Remove the 3 bolts and clutch accumulator assembly.
