Removal

OTHER SYSTEM: POWER OUTLET SOCKET: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle) Removal

2. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL Removal

3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER Removal

4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX CARPET Removal

5. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX Removal

7. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 6 claws and open the lower instrument panel.





(b) Disconnect the power outlet socket connector.





(c) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw, then turn the power outlet socket clockwise and push the power outlet socket halfway out.





(d) Align the protrusion of the power outlet socket with the cutout of the power outlet socket cover and then push the power outlet socket out.





8. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER





(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover.
