Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

DOOR LOCK: WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR; 2013 MY FR-S [03/2012 -]

1. CHECK DTC

(a) DTC check

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(3) Turn the Techstream on.

(4) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Main Body / Trouble Codes.

(5) Check for DTCs.

(b) DTC clear

(1) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.

(2) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(3) Turn the Techstream on.

(4) Enter the following menu: Body Electrical / Main Body / Trouble Codes.

(5) Clear the DTCs by following the directions on the Techstream display.
