1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove blower cover and package tray, Fig. 9.
3. Remove glove box from dash.
4. Remove the large duct between the heater and blower assemblies.

5. Set the actuator lever to the CIRC position and disconnect the vacuum hose from the servo. If the lever is not set to the CIRC position it will be difficult to remove the vacuum hose.
6. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connections.
7. Remove the servo retaining screws and clip.
8. Remove the servo from the blower assembly.
9. Remove the blower retaining nuts and bolts and blower, Fig. 10.
10. Reverse procedure to install.
