Idle Up Control Valve: Testing and Inspection
Air Valve:
1.
Disconnect vacuum lines and electrical connector. Remove valve.
2.
Blow from vacuum source side toward actuator side. No air should pass.
3.
Apply 12V across connectors and blow again. Air should now flow through valve.
4.
If not as specified, replace valve.
