Thermosensor
Cut-away Of Thermometer:
Installed on the intake manifold, the thermosensor monitors the temperature of the coolant and activates the temperature gage in the combination meter and sends a signal to the ECM for the Feedback control system. Completely sealed in a threaded case with an integral hexagon nut, it consists of a thermistor, lead wire, spring, and terminal plate.
