On the instrument cluster.

O2 MONITOR LAMP
On the ECU (under the steering column).

D-CHECK CONNECTORS (Test Mode)
Near brake master cylinder (Green connectors.)

READ MEMORY CONNECTORS
Near the ECU (Black or white connectors.)
