Brake Bleeding: Service and Repair

1. Bleed air from primary circuit between unit and master cylinder using secondary air bleeder on top of hydraulic unit, Fig. 46. Torque bleeder screws to 5 - 6.5 ft. lbs.
2. Bleed air from primary line between unit and wheel cylinder using bleeder on front RH wheel cylinder.
3. Bleed air from air bleeder on rear LH wheel cylinder.
4. Bleed air from secondary circuit between unit and master cylinder using primary air bleeder on top of hydraulic unit.
5. Bleed air from secondary line between hydraulic unit and wheel cylinder using air bleeder on front LH wheel cylinder.
6. Bleed air from air bleeder on rear RH wheel cylinder.
