2C1: CHECK VACUUM HOSE VISUALLY. Check vacuum hose (which connects actuator and intake manifold).
CHECK : Is there disconnection or cracks in vacuum hose?
YES : Replace vacuum hose. Go to step 2D1.
NO : Go to step 2D1.
