Heater Core Case: Service and Repair
Heater Unit:
Heater Unit / REMOVAL
1. Disconnect ground cable from battery.
2. Drain engine coolant.
3. Remove air cleaner case.
4. Release the heater hose clamps in engine compartment to remove the hoses.
5. Remove the instrument panel.
6. Loosen support beam nuts and bolts to remove support beam.
7. Remove the A/C unit.
8. Loosen heater unit nuts and bolts to remove heater unit.
INSTALLATION
1. Install in the reverse order of removal.
2. Refill engine coolant.
