On-Board Diagnostic System Check During State Emission Test

THIS BULLETIN IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY.

All 2002 MY SUBARU vehicles are 50-state certified and conform to California's Low Emission Vehicle emission standards. The MIL status is "OFF" in both the Key On-Engine Off (KOEO) and Key On-Engine Running (KOER) positions, when no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) are present.
