VDC Control Module (VDC-CM)

REMOVAL





1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the glove box.





3) Remove the two nuts which secure bracket.





4) Disconnect the connector from VDCCM by pulling up the securing holder.





5) Remove the VDCCM.
6) Remove the bracket from VDCCM.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque: Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description". Locations

CAUTION: After completion of installation procedure, the following two position settings must be made.
^ Center positioning of SRS role connector and steering angle sensor.
^ Yaw rate & lateral G sensor 0 positioning

These procedures are necessary for VDCCM to later recognize what position the vehicle is in. For procedures for the above two settings Programming and Relearning
