Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2.
Disconnect the stop light switch connector.
3.
Loosen the nuts, and unscrew the stop light switch to remove.
INSTALLATION 1.
Screw the stop light switch onto a bracket and secure it temporarily with a nut.
2.
Adjust the stop light switch position, and then tighten the nut.
