Trunk / Liftgate Lock: Service and Repair

Trunk Lid Lock Assembly

REMOVAL
1. Remove the trunk lid release handle.
2. Disconnect the connectors and detach the cable of trunk opener.

3. Remove the two bolts to remove trunk lid lock assembly.

INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:
- Apply grease to the movable part.
- Make sure the lock works correctly after installation.
