PCV Valve Hose: Service and Repair
PCV ValveREMOVAL 1.
Disconnect the
PCV hose.
2.
Remove the PCV valve from rocker cover.
INSTALLATIONInstall in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: Apply liquid gasket to the bolt threads of PCV valve.
Liquid gasket: THREE BOND 1141 (Part No. 004403006) or equivalentTightening torque: 25 N.m (2.5 kgf.m, 18.4 ft.lb)
