Fuel Pump Control Unit: Service and Repair
Fuel Pump Control UnitREMOVAL
1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2. Remove the trunk trim panel assembly-side RH. (Sedan model)
3. Remove the right side rear quarter trim. (OUTBACK model)
4. Remove the fuel pump control unit.

5. Disconnect the connector from fuel pump control unit.
- Sedan model
- OUTBACK model
INSTALLATION
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque: 5 N.m (0.5 kgf.m, 3.7 ft.lb)
