Cylinder Head Inspection





Measure warpage of cylinder head mating surface that mates with cylinder block using a straight edge (A) and thickness gauge (B). Measure at a temperature of 20°C (68°F).

Warping limit 0.035 mm (0.0014 in)
Grinding limit 0.1 mm (0.004 in)
Standard height of cylinder head 98.5 mm (3.878 in)

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts 18 Nm (1.8 kgf-m, 13.3 ft-lb)
