1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then remove air cleaner.
2. Disconnect TS connector and insert thickness gauge between throttle stop screw and throttle lever.
3. Using a suitable ohmmeter, measure resistance between terminals of TS as shown in Fig. 133. Resistance should be as specified in Fig. 134.
4. If results are not as specified, replace TS. If only idle switch results are not satisfactory, adjust installation angle of TS and recheck.
