CONDITION:

Slow leakage of refrigerant from A/C system.

CAUSE:

Corrosion on suction pipe under clamps located on front of the radiator core support.

CORRECTION:





Replace the low side suction pipe and both suction pipe clamps.

NOTE:
The original suction pipe may be a one-piece design (Part No. 95741-65D11). The new low side suction pipe is a two-piece assembly comprised of the low side suction pipe (Part No. 95742-65D10) and the cooling unit outlet (evaporator) pipe (Part No. 95743-65D10 or 95743-65D11). Please ensure you order both pipes when replacing the one-piece pipe design.
