Disassembly and Assembly
Suspension Control Arm / Bushing Disassembly and AssemblyDisassembly
1) Cut rubber (1) of flange of suspension control arm front bushing.
2) Using grinder (3), grind off flange (2) of front bushing.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage suspension control arm (4) when grinding flange (2) of front bashing with Grinder.
3) Remove front bushing (1) using special tool (A) and hydraulic press (2).

4) Remove rear bushing using special tools (B), (C) and hydraulic press (1).

Assembly
1) Press-fit front bushing (1) by using special tool (c) and press (2).
Special Tool
(C): 09913-75810
CAUTION: Be sure to use new bushing.
NOTE:
^ Before installing bushing, apply soap water on its circumference to facilitate installation.
2) Press-fit rear bushing by using special tools (B), (C) and hydraulic press (1).
