Door Switch: Service and Repair
Door Contact Switch Removal and InstallationRemoval 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Remove the screw and the door contact switch.
3.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Installation 1.
Connect the electrical connector.
2.
Install the door contact switch with the screw.
Tighten: Tighten the door contact switch screw to
4 Nm (35 in. lbs.).
3.
Connect the negative battery cable.
