Evaporator: Removal and Installation

Heater and Cooling Unit Assembly







REMOVAL

1. Remove the heater core. Refer to [Heater Core: Component].
2. Separate the heater and cooling unit case.
3. Remove the evaporator.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION: Replace the O-rings on the A/C low-pressure flexible A/C hose and the high pressure A/C pipe with new ones. Apply compressor oil to the O-rings for installation.
