Relief Valve Removal And Installation

Removal
1. Recover refrigerant from A/C system referring to "Recovery" in Operation Procedure for Refrigerant Charge.
2. Remove right side engine undercover.
3. Remove relief valve (1) from A/C compressor (2).

Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following points.
- Apply specified compressor oil to new O-ring.

: Compressor oil 99000-99022-00E (Compressor oil (DH-PS, 250cc))

- Tighten relief valve to specified torque.

Tightening torque
Relief valve (a): 9.0 N.m (0.9 kg-m, 7.0 lbf-ft)
