Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Evaporator Removal And InstallationRemoval 1.
Remove instrument panel with Steering support member.
2.
Remove HVAC unit.
3.
Disassemble HVAC unit and then remove evaporator (2).
4.
Remove evaporator temperature sensor (1) from evaporator.
InstallationReverse removal procedure noting the following points.

Install evaporator temperature sensor (1) onto evaporator (2) as shown.
