Intake Valve Timing Control: Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve (LH)

Removal

1) Disconnect intake valve timing control solenoid valve connector (LH).
2) Remove intake valve timing control solenoid valve bolts (LH) and O-ring from rocker cover.

CAUTION:
Do not reuse O-ring.

Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Refer to [Camshaft: Exploded View] Exploded View.

CAUTION:

- Do not reuse O-rings.
- Lubricate the new O-ring for the intake valve timing control solenoid valve with clean engine oil before installing.
