Compressor Clutch Relay: Testing and Inspection

A/C Compressor Relay Inspection

1) Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
2) Remove power integration No.2 (1) from vehicle.





3) Check that there is no continuity between terminals "C" and "D".

If there is continuity, replace power integration No.2 (1).
4) Connect battery positive (+) terminal to terminal "B" of power integration No.2. Connect battery negative (-) terminal to terminal "A" of power integration No.2. Check for continuity between terminal "C" and "D". If there is no continuity when relay is connected to the battery, replace power integration No.2 (1).
