Cooling Water Pipe or Hose Removal and Installation

Cooling System Components

Removal

1) Drain coolant. Draining
2) To remove cooling water pipes or hoses, loosen clamp on each hose and pull hose end to disconnect it.

Installation

Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.

- Tighten each clamp securely with its fastener in proper direction. [1][2]Cooling System
- Refill cooling system. Refilling.
