Front Fender Brackets Removal and Installation

NOTE:
- Welding method and number of welding points are the same on both sides. This repair instruction shows procedure for left side.
- This repair shows procedures under the condition that following part is removed.
- Front fender







Removal
1. Drill out welding spots and remove front fender front bracket, front fender lower bracket and front fender rear bracket.







Installation

NOTE: Before conducting any weld, check installation position and condition for installation part(s).

1. Install front fender front bracket, front fender lower bracket and front fender rear bracket to vehicle body.
2. Conduct spot weld and plug weld.
