Fuel Return Line: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Tank, Cap Gasket and Fuel Line Inspection

- Check fuel tank, fuel filler cap (1) and fuel lines for loose connection, deterioration or damage which could cause leakage. Make sure all clamps are secure.
- Check fuel filler cap gasket (2) for an even filler neck imprint or any damage.
- Replace any damaged or deteriorated parts.
There should be no sign of fuel leakage or moisture at any fuel connection.
