Back Window Glass Components

Preparation, removal and installation procedure are basically the same as Windshield Removal and Installation Windshield Removal and Installation
, however note the following points.

- Be careful not to damage connectors during removal and installation.
- Apply adhesive (1) as shown in figure.
- Locate two glass upper fasteners (female) (5) so that they will fit with male fasteners when attaching glass.

Adhesive amount and application area on back window
Height of adhesive "a": Approx. 13.0 mm (0.51 in.)
Width of adhesive "b": Approx. 6.0 mm (0.24 in.)
Width of primer "c": Approx. 17.0 mm (0.67 in.)
Application area "d": Approx. 13.1 mm (0.52 in.), "e": Approx. 11.6 mm (0.46 in.), "f": Approx. 22.6 mm (0.89 in.)
