Removal and Replacement




Rain / Light Sensor Removal and Installation (If Equipped)

Removal

1) Remove harness cover. Rear View Mirror Removal and Installation
2) Disconnect rain / light sensor connector (1).





3) Remove rain / light sensor by pushing claw (1) with flat-bladed screwdriver.





4) Remove silicone sheet (1).






Installation

1) Install silicone sheet on rain / light sensor.

NOTE:
Be careful not to let air bubbles or dirt stuck in between silicone sheet and windshield.

2) Install rain / light sensor on windshield, and connect connector.

NOTE:
Be careful not to let air bubbles or dirt stuck in between silicone sheet and rain / light sensor.

3) Install harness cover.
4) Initialize rain / light sensor. Programming and Relearning
