Power Seat Switch: Testing and Inspection

Seat Switch Inspection (If Equipped)

Power Seat Main Switch (Driver Side)

1) Disconnect power seat main switch connector from front seat control module (driver seat).
2) Check continuity between terminals at each switch position.

If check result is not as specified, replace switch.

NOTE:
Set tester to diode test range when measuring continuity between terminals "2" and "9".

Lumbar Support Switch (Driver Side)

1) Remove lumbar support switch. Components
2) Check continuity between terminals at each switch position.

If check result is not as specified, replace switch.

Power Seat Sub Switch (Passengers Side)

1) Remove power seat sub switch (passengers side). Components
2) Check connection between terminals at each switch position.

If check result is not as specified, replace switch.
