Timing Chain Cover Components

Removal

Remove OCV (2) and O-ring (3) from timing chain cover (1).





Installation

Reverse removal procedure noting the following point:

- Tighten OCV bolt to specified torque.

Tightening torque
OCV bolt 11 Nm (1.1 kgf-m, 8.5 lbf-ft)
