Front Side Impact Sensor Inspection

Front Side Impact Sensor Removal and Installation

Check front side impact sensor and if any of the following conditions is found, replace it with new one.

- Side air bag/curtain air bag being deployed.
- Check sensor for dents, cracks or deformation.
- Check sensor connector (sensor side and harness side) and sensor connector lock mechanism for damage or crack.
- Check connector terminals for bend, corrosion or rust.
